We are a purpose-built day centre provision, based on a small holding in Somerton. We have a dedicated team that specialise in working with individuals that have learning disabilities, PMLD, Dementia, physical and mental health needs. Our team strive to achieve and deliver best outcomes tailoring activities using a person-centred approach.

Our services extend beyond the farm, with our minibus enabling regular trips into the community for leisure, learning, and social engagement. We also offer visiting support and home care services, providing assistance tailored to individual needs, whether at home or within the community, to ensure continuity of care and support.”
Our Services
Our services include tailored day centre activities designed to meet individual needs. From creative arts and cooking to gardening and animal care, there’s something for everyone. We also organize community outings using our minibus, fostering social connections and new experiences.
Activities
The kitchen is a wonderful space for preparing lunch and baking cakes. We also have accessible gardens, rabbits, chickens, planting areas, and a polytunnel with a hot tub. Additionally, our minibus allows us to enjoy regular trips out to explore the local area.
